All applications for membership to The Revival Network in Kansas City, Missouri are carefully considered by the membership committee. After deliberations, applicants will be notified of the committee's judgment. If the applicant is not accepted into The Revival Network of Ministries, any previously paid membership dues shall be immediately refunded.

**Annual membership fees are $100.00. Membership is valid for one year and a short renewal form must be completed annually prior to renewing your membership.

Membership dues and any other monies can be broken into quarterly or bi-annual installments upon request, if needed.
